Shipping & Return Policies Your order will be shipped
for ground delivery via UPS. Most orders are shipped and delivered within 2 – 3 business days for most locations.
If you need faster delivery, you can choose express shipping (2nd Day or Next Day Air) for an additional
charge. D.O.T regulated HAZMAT items will be

for full credit within 15 days from the date of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied
to all returns over 15 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise is not accepted after 30 days from the
date of purchase. Please call 817-637-5381
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is valid
for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
or an expired Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in the same unit
of measure as originally ordered. Please write the Return Merchandise
Authorization Number on a prepaid shipping label and return merchandise within 10 business days to: Lab

Conditions: Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original
packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers or crushed
packaging will not be accepted. Any product shortage
must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of order. “Special Order” items are not returnable. Defective merchandise will be repaired
or replaced based on manufacturers’ policy. |
